I have worked at Springwood Primary school for 5 years now and I love the caring community feel of the school. I came as a year 6 class teacher and feel proud to be now leading the school on its successful journey to excellence for our pupils.
Before I became acting head I sat on the governing body as teacher governor. I learned a lot during the last 5 years from the other governors, who come from all walks of life and varying backgrounds.
As teacher governor and now as acting head I value the support of the governors and I can see a very successful and happy future for Springwood primary school, and it's community.
