Our PE days are:
Wednesday - indoors
Friday - outdoors
On these days, your child should wear PE kit on these days.
Send a piece of fruit in your child's back each day for snack. During snack time, milk will be provided for your children. If your child does not want milk, then we will provide them with a cup of water.
Our central idea this half term is 'Autumn Wonders'. During this project, we will be taking an interest and will begin to appreciate the world around us, with a focus on the changes that happen during Autumn. This project will begin our journey to becoming 'Ethical, informed, citizens who are knowledgable about our world.' We will be focussing on using our senses to discover what we can see, hear, feel, smell and taste during the Autumn. We will be doing lots of exploring and will collect different natural materials, which will be used to support and develop our learning across the whole curriculum.

A song we will be focussing on during this project is:

Autumn leaves are falling down, falling down, falling down
Autumn leaves are falling down, It is Autumn.
Watch the leaves twist and turn, twist and turn, twist and turn,
Watch the leaves twist and turn, it is Autumn.
Crunch the leaves beneath your feet, beneath your feet, beneath your feet,
Crunch the leaves beneath your feet, it is Autumn.
Rake the leaves and pile them high, pile them high, pile them high,
Rake the leaves and pile them high, it is Autumn.
