Team Health

How to stay fit and healthy.


           We work with Mrs Smith to make sure that everyone is fit and healthy. If you want to                 know how to stay fit and healthy, scroll down and listen to what we have in mind.

Things to do to keep healthy:

  • Eat healthy
  • Drink water (2 litres of water a day at least)
  • Don't smoke
  • Protect yourself from the sun (Put on sun cream)
  • Exercise Regularly (30 minutes a day)
  • Good Hygiene
  • Get a lot of sleep (8 hours at least)

We have been looking at hand hygiene. We have used the glitterbugs to look at germs and have made a video showing how to wash your hands properly
